Visit MacDermid Alpha at Productronica China 2024

We will be participating at Productronica China, March 20-22, 2024, at the Shanghai New International Exhibition Center (SNIEC) Shanghai. Visitors are invited to booth E4-4500 to speak to the team of experts.

Listen to our experts highlight how MacDermid Alpha has been focusing on a next-generation high-reliability solder alloy for automotive electronics that uses a combination of complex metallurgy such as solid solution strengthening, precipitation strengthening, grain refinement, and diffusion modifiers for achieving enhanced performance over traditional alloys.

We will also highlight our Atrox® product line as later this year we plan to unveil new PFAS-free products, something which will be stand-alone in the industry. These products will also enable higher power density packages but also are engineered for excellent workability and robust processing in production environment.
