With proven reliability for SiC die attach in Electric Vehicle (EV) traction applications, ALPHA Argomax 8020 Film offers a ready-to-laminate solution that eliminates the need for printing, dispensing, and drying process steps. Specifically developed for die attachment using a low-pressure sintering process, it is designed to meet the needs of high-volume manufacturing. Formulated with highly engineered silver particles, the film delivers consistent bond line thickness, good adhesion, and high thermal and electrical conductivity.
