ALPHA Cut Laser Cut Stencils are designed and manufactured to deliver optimal stencil printing performance across a wide range of surface mount applications, particularly when used with ALPHA Solder Pastes or ALPHA HiTech Surface Mount Device (SMD) Adhesives.
Produced using a CAD/CAM-driven, high-precision XY-laser cutting process, the resulting apertures feature a trapezoidal geometry that supports consistent and reliable paste transfer.
