Kolon series dry film photoresists deliver high first-pass yields through fine-line resolution, strong adhesion, excellent tenting properties, and superior substrate conformance. These resists are easy to strip, with controlled particle sizes that significantly reduce equipment and nozzle clogging. They exhibit little to no sensitivity to sludge formation. Their exceptionally strong tenting capabilities help overcome challenges presented by complex layouts.
