Copper Thinning: CircuEtch 100

CircuEtch 100 is the product of choice for controlled copper thickness reduction in CO₂ LDD, Light-Emitting Diode (LED), and Printed Circuit Board (PCB) applications. During etching, the copper surface is “polished,” resulting in reduced surface roughness—even at high etch rates. A wide range of etch rates can be achieved by adjusting operating conditions.
