The finely tuned activation system in Kester 979 delivers outstanding wetting performance in Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) free liquid flux technology, resulting in bright, shiny solder joints. It also helps reduce micro solder balling on glossy laminates and between connector pins. The flux leaves behind only minimal residue, which is non-corrosive, non-conductive, and does not require removal.
