ALPHA EF-8800HF is a mid-solids, alcohol-based flux designed for both standard and thicker, high-density Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) in leaded and lead-free processes.
With special thermally stable activators in its formulation, this flux shows stable performance across different preheating temperatures and dwell times. It delivers exceptional hole-fill even under prolonged exposure to higher preheat and solder pot temperatures, reducing bridging on bottom-side Quad Flat Packages (QFPs), while also providing superior performance in hole fill and solder balling.
Additionally, ALPHA EF-8800HF offers good lead-free solder joint cosmetics with evenly spread, tack-free residue, reducing defects during pin testing.
