ALPHA EF-6103 is a high-performing, low-solid, no-clean alcohol-based flux, developed with a combination of activators and solvents.
It is highly effective in cleaning all surfaces, especially reflowed Organic Solderability Preservative (OSP), during wave or selective soldering.
The new rosin material enhances pin testability and results in excellent post-soldering residues, with an evenly spread, tack-free residue.

ALPHA EF-6103 is formulated with a special blend of activators, allowing for fast wetting speeds and high force, which leads to improved hole fill and fewer defects compared to other fluxes in the same class. With minimal non-tacky residues, this flux reduces false negatives during In-Circuit Test (ICT) testing.
The balance of chemical properties delivers high reliability and excellent soldering performance on difficult Organic Solderability Preservative (OSP) substrates and is compatible with selective soldering.
