ALPHA EF-6038HF is a no-clean, alcohol-based, halogen-free flux that delivers ultra-low residue performance for high-reliability soldering. Ideal for standard to moderately complex PCB assemblies, the formulation combines enhanced thermal and oxidative stability with a broad process window and excellent hole-filling capability. The rosin-free chemistry leaves minimal to no residue, removes the need for post-soldering cleaning, and supports high pin testing yields.
