ALPHA 857 is a low-smoking, efficient foam water-soluble flux. With moderate air flow rates, its fine-bubble foam head breaks quickly and recovers rapidly, providing effective coverage at high production speeds.
This highly active flux produces bright, shiny solder connections. Water washing can be done without the need for rinse aids, and ALPHA 857 generates little to no foaming.
Formulated for environmental safety, the flux ensures that the cleaning process water effluent is fully biodegradable. Local regulations may require pretreatment to raise the pH.
