ALPHA AutoClean 40 is a water-based product with a carefully researched blend of synergistic surfactants and emulsifiers. These components ensure efficient cleaning and inhibit the redeposition of dissolved soils, rather than relying solely on simple saponification. It is available in conveniently sized stacking drums and has been formulated for the efficient removal of pre- and post-soldering flux residues from flux spray equipment, ovens, pallets, carriers, jigs, and printed circuit assemblies.
