ALPHA 2110 Cleaner is formulated to maintain its composition in the recirculated wash solution during prolonged use, significantly reducing the need for frequent makeup additions. It functions without the use of silicone defoamers. If excessive foaming is observed, the use of K-2235LF saponifier is recommended.
This cleaner removes rosin flux residues primarily by forming water-soluble rosin soaps. In conveyorized, in-line aqueous machines, it delivers excellent cleaning performance, meeting ionic cleanliness standards as set forth in MIL-P-28809.
