Product Overview

Kester 331 is the flux cored solder wire version of the popular Kester 2331-ZX Liquid Flux and is more effective than rosin fluxes when soldering difficult metals. This organic flux is more heat stable than most other organic fluxes, resulting in minimal smoke and odor during soldering. 

Residues can be completely removed with a simple heated water rinse. Deionized water is recommended to avoid introducing contaminants from unknown water sources. Kester 331 is classified as ORH1 per J-STD-004.
