Product Overview
Engineered for electric mobility, Electrolube® UR9001 is a polyurethane foam encapsulant designed to protect 2 and 3-wheel Electric Vehicle (EV) cylindrical cell battery packs, providing vibration support and fire protection to mitigate propagation risk in the case of cell thermal runaway. The lightweight, low-density structure reduces mass to help extend vehicle range, while the halogen and phosphate free flame retardant system forms a durable intumescent char layer that helps limit fire spread and enhance overall battery safety.
