Electrolube^® UR5645 High Performance Polyurethane Resin

UR5645 High Performance Polyurethane Resin has been specially developed for the encapsulation and potting of electronics, such as the next generation of automotive electronics.

It exhibits excellent chemical resistance to a wide variety of chemicals, even after prolonged exposure, which makes it ideal for exposed components in both automotive and industrial applications. This, combined with excellent electrical properties, means that it is suited to a wide variety of applications.

Due to the hybrid nature of the resin, it has a wide operating temperature range from -50 to +150°C and can withstand up to +160°C for short periods.

Its low water absorption also makes it well suited to a range of marine and other applications where water contact is a consideration.
