ER2220 Highly Thermally Conductive Epoxy Potting Compound is a flame retardant, two-part epoxy resin designed to meet the increasing demands for efficient thermal dissipation. This compound combines ease of processing with enhanced thermal conductivity compared to traditional epoxy encapsulants. With its UL94 V-0 flame retardance, it is suitable for a variety of applications. The product provides the ultimate protection and performance for a vast array of uses, including those in the rapidly expanding Light-Emitting Diode (LED) industry.
