UVCL Ultraviolet (UV) cure conformal coating is a single-part solution that cures in seconds when exposed to the correct dose of UV light. It is specifically designed to provide the highest level of protection for Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs), while its low viscosity allows for easy application using selective spray equipment.
As the next generation of Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) -free conformal coatings, UVCL offers several advantages over traditional UV coatings. It features an efficient secondary moisture cure mechanism that guarantees a full cure, even in areas that are shadowed from UV light. A UV trace is included to aid inspection and ensure optimal coverage.
With a wide operating temperature range and excellent electrical properties, UVCL is suitable for a broad range of applications.
