Kester 2331-ZX is an innovative organic acid water-soluble flux designed for soldering circuit board assemblies. This unique, neutral pH chemistry flux offers the best ionic cleanliness of any organic water-soluble flux available to the electronics industry. It is widely used for soldering critical assemblies in industries such as computer, telecommunications, and more.
Kester 2331-ZX produces no offensive odors during soldering and does not create excessive foaming in standard water cleaning systems. It provides good soldering properties for improved productivity without compromising assembly reliability. Additionally, Kester 2331-ZX does not attack properly cured solder masks or FR-4 epoxy-glass laminate. The 2331-ZX Flux-Pen® is also available for precise and controlled application.
