Use as a one pot emulsion, or with supplied diazo for enhanced durability and resistance properties to meet the increasing demands of the textile industry. Highly versatile emulsion suitable for wide ranging mesh counts, ink types and print applications. Excellent print quality with a wide exposure latitude providing a stencil with high flexibility to aid printing on course meshes or over uneven substrates which increase stencil flex.
Remains easy to reclaim after use with stencil remover and HPG. For increased durability, resistance and print run length PLUS 6000 can be used in conjunction with Hardener A and B.

Features
- Supplied with diazo sachet for optional use - Direct addition.
- 45% solids, red emulsion.
- Recommended mesh range - 34 - 120 threads/cm (85 - 305 threads/inch) threads/inch). Use White mesh for even faster exposure.
- Compatible exposure sources - Metal halide, Mercury vapour, Fluorescent tubes and CTS / LED.
- Exposure speed - Fast, approximately 3 - 5 times quicker than standard diazo sensitised emulsion as a photopolymer. Slower with diazo addition.
- Suitable for use with solvent, water, UV, plastisol and discharge inks.
