MacDermid Alpha will showcase its range of advanced circuit board assembly solutions including the new ALPHA OM-565 HRL3 low temperature solder paste, designed to mitigate warpage induced defects in temperature sensitive chip-scale packages. The ALPHA HiTech portfolio of adhesives, underfills, edgebond and encapsulant materials, formulated to provide reinforcement and protection for soldered assembled components will also be featured, alongside MacDermid Alpha's innovative lead-free alloys, from the high reliability Innolot alloy to low silver, lower cost SACX alloys.
